Our Discount Market Rent (DMR) homes offer the full rental experience at a reduction to the full rent value. All DMR homes are furnished or unfurnished and offer the same level of design, quality, and features, along with our high-spec amenity spaces.

To qualify for a Discounted Rent home, you must be an essential worker such as a teacher, NHS worker, work in public services, prison, or environmental services, and must have lived in the area for at least two years.
